Site Supervisor - Flooring - London 

Are you an experienced flooring professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality projects? We are looking for a Flooring Supervisor to join our growing team and play a key role in overseeing flooring installations across a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Supervise and coordinate flooring installation teams on-site

✔ Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards

✔ Conduct site inspections and quality control checks

✔ Manage materials, equipment, and workforce allocation

✔ Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers

✔ Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations

✔ Resolve site issues efficiently and professionally

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Proven experience in flooring installation and site supervision

🔹 Strong leadership and team management skills

🔹 Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

🔹 Ability to read project specifications and schedules

🔹 Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards

🔹 Full driving licence (if applicable)
